Clínica Baviera approves an interim dividend and proposes an extraordinary dividend of € 7,818 Million (€ 0.48 gross/share)

Clinica Baviera approves an interim dividend and proposes an extraordinary dividend within the framework of its dividend policy and as proof of its commitment to its shareholders, the Board of Directors of Clinica Baviera , S.A. agreed earlier today to put a motion at the forthcoming AGM to pay an extraordinary dividend of 0.31 euro per share.
The extraordinary dividend will be paid in a single payment to be made on 12 December 2016, in addition to the ordinary dividend of 0.17 euro per share for 2016.
The DIVIDEND raises the aggregate figure to €7,818 million (0.48 €/share).
